Inulin is a kind of natural fructose polymer. It is one of the few edible and dissolvable
fibres in the world, and it can increase the number of Bifidobacterium
and Lactobacillusin in our body. It is only 1.5 kcal/g, and very dissolvable. The
powder exists mostly in the tuber of composite plants, such as Helianthus tuberosus
L., the best source of getting pure Fructo-Oligosaccharides.
Powder of Helianthus tuberosus L. has been authorized as the nutrients complement
by over 40 countries. It can be the substitute for chocolate and fat. Besides,
adding it into degreasing milk, the food fiber in it can make the degreasing one
taste like the full-grease one, with more nutrients added in. So it is widely applied
